Ty Wills (owner/chief engineer) a native of Toledo, Ohio caught the music bug as early as middle-school and by high school was recording on a regular basis. After releasing several independent projects Ty developed a passion for engineering and began producing projects for other musicians. Ty opened Stay Beat Studios in 2004 and has remained a pillar in the Central Ohio music scene.
Ty’s impeccable attention to detail and desire for a flawless sound, has allowed him to work with some of Hip Hop’s biggest artists. Such as: Gucci Mane, Scarface, Jadakiss, B.O.B. and Yung Dolph to name a few. Ty’s journey allows him to give back to other aspiring artists. His personal motto is “Bet on yourself.” That passion will allow you to achieve your dreams.
Christian Scheib started his music journey picking up the guitar while in high school. Countless hours of listening & practice blossomed into a serious passion. After graduating high school Christian attended Capital University where he graduated w/a bachelors degree in Music Tech. While attending Capital, Christian interned at Stay Beat Studios where he further developed his engineering skills. Christian eventually became a full-time employee and has been at Stay Beat since 2015.

Pairris “P Dot” Byrd is an accomplished mixing and recording engineer, as well as a record producer for over 7 years. Pairris works as the lead swing engineer at Stay Beat and dedicates a lot of his time towards producing music for national and independent artists.
Tyler Wiery almost didn’t make an entrance onto the music scene. Being from a small town in Northeast Ohio, he thought his dreams of music production were too high to be realistic, so he enrolled in a computer information degree. But his passion for music took over and he decided to bet on himself. He took a risk and applied to Berklee College of Music. Tyler went on to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Music Production in 2018. He worked with some local independent artists from his hometown before moving to Columbus for bigger opportunities.
Right after College, Tyler began interning with Stay Beat and has become one of their Lead House Engineers
