BOOKING POLICY:
• 2 hour minimum required for ALL sessions.
• Booking made by “APPOINTMENT ONLY” will not except walk-in.
• Booking must be made a minimum of 4 hours in advance. Recommend time for booking is 1-2 days in advance.
• Sessions are not considered booked until deposit is made or received.
• Sessions are billed from the originally booked start time and not from when the client arrives.
• Groups of more than 6 (Studio A) or 4 (Studio B) will be charge in additional $10 per hour. This is a business not a hang out.
PAYMENT POLICY:
• 50% deposit required to hold the time slot.
• We except cash and all major credit and debit cards.
• All recordings and masters remain property of Stay Beat Studios until all balances are paid in full.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• We do not give refunds on studio time booked. But will instead credit you for future bookings.
• Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the original start time will be credited and will be able to be re-booked at any available future time without any penalty.
• Sessions cancel less than 24 hours of the original start time will forfeit the deposit.
